The Segni d’infanzia e OLTRE festival - now in its 11th edition, promoted by the Municipality of Mantova and supported by several partners and public and private sponsors - is a unique event in Italy that features artists from all over the world; innovative artistic proposals; and popular muscians, writers, film directors and actors as special guests who talk about and communicate through the arts with children and adults at the events.
