Torre del Sale

It belonged to the Poltroni family, and at the beginning of the Thirteenth century, after clashes with the Calorosi family, it became property of the Commune.
From the commune period, the tower was used as a warehouse until 1600.
An interesting fact about the tower is that, when the Poltroni family lost power, the tower grew shorter, as if to testify the decay of the family it had belonged to for so many years.
The Sale Tower is still currently in use.
